Project Overview
North Mountain Construction is executing the construction of a new multi-unit residential development in Nakusp, BC. Developed in partnership with the Columbia Basin Trust and Arrow and Slocan Lakes Community Services (ASLCS), this two-storey complex will provide six secure, long-term rental homes for low- and moderate-income households, directly addressing the critical housing shortage in the region. With groundbreaking officially completed in April 2026, our site teams have mobilized and initiated earthworks, operating through disciplined schedule management to track towards a Spring 2027 handover of a resilient asset that will serve the Nakusp community for decades.
